Request help by telephone

Telephone reception on 01698 284353. For same-day GP or nurse appointments, the current website asks patients to call from 8:30am. Tell the team if you need an interpreter, communication support or a reasonable adjustment.

  • The team may offer a face-to-face appointment, a telephone appointment or another suitable service.
  • If you received an invitation for an annual review, have the patient-group details from the letter or text ready when you call.
  • Contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

The practice publishes a limited number of general appointments outside its normal hours, including some times between 7:30am and 8:00am and between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. Ask the Patient Care team what is available.
